Locker network
First network launch: Prishtina & Prizren
Prishtina and Prizren are the two priority cities for iBox's first commercial network. The final launch sequence and individual locker locations will be determined together with our first merchant and location partners, followed by expansion across Kosovo.

The delivery journey works both ways
Customers register a return, receive a PIN or QR code and leave the parcel in an available iBox locker. iBox or the merchant's connected courier collects it and transports it back through the same network.
